My name is Debb and this blog is for everyone who has had any of these in there own life or someone you know. I will put information in here for you to understand some of the abuse. I will put in links to follow and phone numbers to call if you need to. I am no Dr of of any sorts. I am just a blogger who has alot of these in my life.. I want to bring the means of resources and a safe place to talk and listen.

Hear me See Me is a statement that says: Hear Me : what I told you and believe me. See Me: I am hurting, I need to see me. Help me to heal. Hear my Cry's. See Me don't run when I need someone to Just listen to me, See my pain.

Most of the time out of Child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, addiction to drugs and alcohol, leads to Depression and PTSD. And most of the time those who are doing these things to you are Narcisi. Now this is not for every abuse out there. But it is an issue out there in this world today.

If you are a Christian, you have those of the church to talk to and pray with along with therapy. But those of you who are not Christian, If you hurt inside and out Gods is there for you. I wont push God on anyone but I will tell you he is there He loves you and can help you turn around that pain and sorrow.
